Foreverse – First Roomscale Animated VR Series

Mark Metry, Founder of VU Dream
The key to VR mainstream adoption is NOT hardware.

It’s NOT about cheap or expensive VR Headsets.

Wireless or Wired.

4k or 8k graphics.

The key to VR mainstream adoption is quality VR games and experiences.

Why buy a virtual reality system when there is no amazing content available?

Don’t get me wrong. There are some games and demos available that use the power of VR but few exist today.
“I can’t point to a single piece of content that would cause millions of people to justify changing their home computing. If you took the existing VR systems and made them 80 percent cheaper, that’s still not a huge market. There’s still not a really incredibly compelling reason for people to spend 20 hours a day in VR… There’s an old joke that premature cost reduction is the root of all evil.”
– Gabe Newell, Co-Founder of Valve

Foreverse Roomscale VR TV Series

Agent Jackson and his partner Stanton are sent in to capture Kevin, a non-player entity who’s somehow become sentient. That discovery sets off a chain of events that threaten the existence of not just the virtual world, but objective reality as well. Ultimately, the show explores the possibility that perfecting our own simulation is humanity’s ultimate endgame. It’s “The X Files” meets “Ready Player One”.

Mixed Reality Easter Egg Hunt coming to VRLA 2017

“We are incredibly excited to be participating in this year’s expo. And we look forward to offering VR enthusiasts a sneak peek at the show!”
– Chris W. Hill
The team at Elixir VR mentions:

We already have a lot of work completed on episode 1. But there is work still left to do to complete the first season. There are technical challenges still to be addressed and writing for the back episodes is in process.

As with any project, there are risks involved and delays are possible. We are a professional team of creatives with many years of experience working in Hollywood. With your help, season 1 will be a reality, and it’s going to be amazing.
